Academy of extraordinary APPLIED PERFORMING ARTS TRAINING to strengthen the knowledge and skills in working with young underprivileged groups through social art practice. (07th - 21th of July 2014, followed by one week Summer Camp with the youngsters!)
We kindly invite HIGHLY MOTIVATED EUROPEAN ARTISTS, TEACHERS AND SOCIAL WORKERS (with or without experience in the field) to take part in this free, international training.
Our Summer University aims to provide two weeks of scholar framework involving OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONAL TRAINERS from various fields as applied theater, clown-technic and social work; followed up by another week of work-experience with underprivileged children of Hungary, Poland and Serbia.
Our aim is to provide a framework wherein the participants can develop their own project and get inspired.
The scheduled majors are ranging from social psychology and supervision models to testing different examples of art application, as well as leaping over the realm of social welfare studies and social anthropology, including common training/stage experience. Our target is not only to improve the trainees knowledge of social art practice with the focus on theater practice, but also to broaden their EUROPEAN NETWORK.
The important criteria is the motivation of the candidate’s.
Therefore, there will be a brief selection of the participants and their motivation.
We gladly receive the applications including

2. Letter of intent (Length of max. one page)
no later than the 10th of May 2014.
The call will be automatically closed, when there are enough suitable candidates.
We may welcome up to 40 trainees. For first 30 chosen participants ALL COSTS (including travelling and daily allowances) SHALL BE COVERED.
