Back for the sixth year the festival curtain Winter. The exhibition, which aims to try to meet the expectations of an audience as diverse as possible, involves four stages missed: Saturday, December 13, Saturday, March 7, Saturday, March 14 and Monday, March 16 all at different places but always suggestive and representative of the city Library Marconi, Viale Marconi, mithraeum Library Corviale. Many actors involved: Street artists, actors, artists, musicians. Just to mention a few names: the soprano Marta Vulpi, Mariano Rigillo and Anna Teresa Rossini. This edition follows three basic paths: "I'll tell you a story," "Square Artists" and "From the Square to the Theatre." First unmissable event begins Saturday, December 13th at 10:30 with "I'll tell you a story" at the Library Marconi. Continue in the afternoon from 16.00 to 20.00 with the event "Piazza Artists" (Viale Marconi): eight performances of street performers that will be repeated cyclically every 15/20 minutes and the traveling group of percussion repeated three times its intervention of 45 minutes. "I'll tell you a story" collects artistic activities taking place within the Libraries of Marconi and Corviale. This meeting is meant to be a time for discussion and analysis of the stories or fairy tales and classic, in which not only the "Narrattori" will tell the facts guided by their imagination, but also the characters of the story come to life, thanks to the increasingly Narrattori, can express their opinion on the events and describe them according to their point of view. "Square Artists" is the space dedicated to a category of artists often cornered, the street performers. Those Clown, those musicians, jugglers those who succeed with almost nothing to create in small spaces and in direct contact with the audience the magic of the show. Through the art of these great actors we want to turn a street considered "commercial", precisely Viale Marconi, in a large "square arts and culture." "From the Square to the Theatre" is the chapter that will open, along with the other two events of "I'll tell you a story", in the second part of the project. This part, thought to have closed a reverse logic to "Piazza Artists". If there artists take to the streets to win the passers of the "shopping mall" and turn them into spectators of a "cultural event", "From the square at the Theatre" takes the audience to listen to the artists in a place appointed as the Mitreo (space years also acts of public entertainment). The whole thought anyway in view of cultural decentralization because the Mitreo despite being a place of art is still "home" of the spectators. This section of the program will be devoted to opera and prose, and will be enriched by artists of national and international fame. And after December 13 subsequent appointments will be: It continues Saturday, March 7 at 10:30 with "I'll tell you a story" at the Library Corviale, while at 21:00 takes center stage "From the Square to the Theatre" (Mitreo), music concert opera performed by Soprano Marta Vulpi. Saturday, March 14 10.30 new appointment with "I'll tell you a story" (Library Corviale). Grand finale Monday, March 16th at 21:00 with "From the Square to the Theatre" (Mitreo) Theatrical and Mariano Rigillo and Anna Teresa Rossini entitled "Sea, Love and De Praetor". ALL EVENTS ARE FREE.
