The City and the Pro Loco Campogalliano organize Sunday, January 25th the eleventh edition of "the pcarìa: the pig in Piazza" - 2015, or the processing of pork, a traditional time of celebration and meeting for farming families from Emilia. The program will see the butchers of Campogalliano, S. Martino in Rio and neighboring towns from 9 am engaged in various stages of processing of pork: the cooking of cracklings in pots and pan head, and in the preparation of sausages, sausages and sausage. The butchers will compete to produce the best crackling; a jury of experts will award the title of "King of the crackling" in the second edition of the Palio of p'caria. From 11 food stands will be active by the Pro Loco of Campogalliano and the Group Tree and the participation of the Association HEWO Modena Onlus with the proposal of tasty specialties such as: trotter with beans, fried dumplings, pasta with meat sauce, borlenghi and ciacci and more.
