The Institute of Music '' Arturo Benedetti Michelangeli '' of Conegliano, in collaboration with the School of Music "A. Coletti "San Vendemiano, the School of Music" C. Battel "Rua di Feletto, the Association of Cultural Studies Center" GJ Antiga "Miane, the Music Association" Toti Dal Monte "Solighetto and the Association" Little Choir "of Refrontolo, is pleased to present the 6th edition of "Young notes" that, between February and March 2015, the bill has three concerts: two dedicated to classical music and one to modern music. What's "Young notes"? The project started in 2009 when the Directors of Schools of Music in Conegliano and surroundings, thanks to a strong bond of friendship, agree to work together to create a reality of youth educational impact that can offer opportunities for students in concert, alongside ordinary course of study. Over the years, "Young notes" presented to the public 20 concerts, involved in organizing more than 10 music schools and over 200 students of all ages (from elementary school to high school). "Young notes 'and' a path of artistic growth: the students become familiar with the performance of solo and chamber and not only confront each other in concert evenings with both classical and modern repertoire proposed. It 'a project of itinerant character because each concert is hosted each time by a different institute thus allowing students to perform in contexts different from their own. Year after year these events have attracted the attention of an increasingly large and passionate allargatosi beyond the perimeter of each institute, involving in this way citizens who were able to appreciate the spirit and quality. This result is for the Institute "Michelangeli" source of great pride and testament to the quality of the project and promoted the skills fielded by teachers and students shared in the spirit of cooperation and friendship between Institutes of musical territory. The first event of this year is Saturday, February 28 at 18:00 at the House of Music in Conegliano: students will perform the "Michelangeli", the "Coletti" and "Battel". Admission is free.
