Let´s share with Jivamukti Teachers Ana Muriel and Eyal Chehanowski, the different ways we could adapt our systems food-wise and body-wise according to each stage of the year. How to enhance your health, your energy levels and see your asana practice evolve from a different perspective; the change of seasons, the flow of time, the energetics of food and asana. Come and share, chat and have a yummy snack.
Satsang is a way for yogis and yoginis to come together and deepen their sadhana (spiritual practice)…the evening can include chanting, meditation practice, readings, discussion, screenings, special guests…simply coming together as a community of like-minded individuals.
